All returns have a return window of 14 Days.
1) Change-of-mind returns
If you’ve changed your mind, you may return eligible items in line with your statutory rights.
To be eligible:

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Please return items in the original packaging where possible.

For hygiene and fairness, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns for items that have been used or are not in a resaleable condition.
Timeframe:
Contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order to request a return.
Return postage:
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
2) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

a brief description of the issue (photos help).
We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and offer an appropriate remedy (for example: replacement or refund, depending on the situation).
Return postage:
If the item is confirmed faulty/damaged or we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover reasonable return postage costs (or provide an alternative solution).
3) How to request a return

Package the items securely and send them back.
Important: Please don’t send returns without contacting us first — it helps avoid delays and ensures the return is processed correctly.
4) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We refund the returned item(s) value.

We do not refund any additional costs you chose at checkout (for example, premium options, if applicable).
5) Exchanges
If you want a different item, the quickest option is usually to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
