Terms of Business – DiceStore.co.uk

Last updated: 1st January 2026

These Terms of Business apply when you purchase products from DiceStore.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1) About us

DiceStore.co.uk sells tabletop gaming dice and accessories online.

Contact: Please use our Contact page to get in touch.
Business details: Dice Store Ltd, 12 Turner Grove, Kesgrave, Ipswich, Suffolk, United Kingdom, IP5 2XQ - Company Registration Number 16937706.

2) Ordering and contract

  • When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy the items in your basket.

  • A contract is formed when we accept your order and send an order confirmation / dispatch confirmation email.

  • If we can’t fulfil an order (e.g., stock issues), we’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer a refund, a wait option, or an alternative (you choose).

3) Products and descriptions

  • We aim to describe products accurately and show representative images.

  • Colours and finishes can vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.

  • Measurements and specifications are provided in good faith and may vary slightly between batches.

4) Pricing and payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • Prices may change at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed and accepted.

  • Payment must be received before we dispatch.

  • We take payments via secure payment processors; we do not store your full card details.

5) Delivery (UK)

  • We dispatch orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48 (tracked service). Tracking details are provided once your order ships.

  • Delivery time is an aim, not a guarantee, and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., seasonal disruption).

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, you may be responsible for additional delivery costs or delays.

  • See Shipping Information for more details on this.

6) Cancellations (changing your mind)

If you’re a UK consumer buying online, you usually have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

  • To cancel, contact us with your order number and a clear request to cancel.

  • After telling us you want to cancel, you have another 14 days to return the items.

Condition of returns (change-of-mind):

  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging where possible.

  • You may inspect items as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for any loss in value if items are handled beyond what’s necessary to check them.

Return postage (change-of-mind):

  • Unless we say otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning items when you change your mind.

Refunds (change-of-mind):

  • We refund the price you paid for the returned items.

  • Where applicable, we’ll also refund the cost of standard outbound delivery (but not any upgrade you selected).

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method, typically within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence you’ve sent them).

7) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, you have legal rights.

  • Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and (if helpful) photos.

  • Where an item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll offer an appropriate remedy under consumer law (which may include a refund, replacement, or repair where applicable), and we’ll cover reasonable return postage costs for confirmed faults/errors.

8) Returns process

  • Contact us first so we can confirm the return address and help you get it sorted quickly.

  • Please package returns securely. You’re responsible for items until they reach us (so we recommend using a tracked service).

  • If a returned item is missing parts or isn’t in the condition required for a change-of-mind return, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

9) Discount codes and promotions

  • Discount codes can’t usually be combined unless stated.

  • We may withdraw or amend promotions at any time.

  • If we suspect misuse (e.g., reselling codes, automated abuse), we may cancel the discount and/or order.

10) Reviews and customer content

If you submit reviews or content to the site:

  • You confirm it’s your own content and doesn’t infringe others’ rights.

  • You grant us a licence to display it on our website and marketing channels, if we choose to.

  • We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or irrelevant or factually untrue.

11) Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, branding, design) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reproduce it without permission.

12) Liability

We’re gamers, not villains — but here’s the legal bit:

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can’t legally be limited.

  • We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law says otherwise.

13) Privacy

We use personal data to process orders, provide delivery updates, and operate the website. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

14) Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Business from time to time. The version displayed on the website at the time you place your order will apply.

15) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (and UK consumer rights still apply wherever you live in the UK). Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
